| November-January is busy time for Phnom Penh players; monthly Story Slams, committee nominations and elections for 2024-2025, Plazzies (our very own exclusive award ceremony just for members), and we’ve heard a rumour about a family-friendly Pantomime possibly in January (Stay tuned in Facebook). |

Join us for an evening filled with captivating tales and heartfelt narratives. Mark your calendars for the 3rd Thursday of each month as we dive into a series of intriguing themes, exploring the depths of storytelling. This month’s theme is: November – Dreamscapes: The boundary between reality and imagination can often blur. Delve into stories of dreams, both literal and metaphorical, recounting those that came true, and others that remained in the realm of sleep. |

| Phnom Penh Players Committee Nomination Time! It’s that time of year again when we look ahead and seek dedicated members to step up and lead our community theatre group for the upcoming year. Nominations for the 2024 Committee are officially open, and we invite YOU to make your voice heard. If you have a passion for theatre, organizational skills, or simply a desire to contribute to the local arts scene, now is your opportunity. Any active member can nominate another member or themselves for a committee role. The member nominated should meet the following criteria: Be 16 years or older. Have participated in at least one show or been part of the committee within the last 2 years. |

| Plazzies are OHH so glitzy and glamorous! Dress up and show up to collect your (practically) Oscar-worthy award for the best actor, actress, song, drag-act, petulance, one-liner, costume, stage-hand and many more! Heads of productions are nominating their cast and crew members for a litany of categories, which will be opened for members to vote. So for this, it is most important to register as a member as soon as possible! |
